Sadly: Swayman suffer shoulders injury infection due to….

In Game 2 against the Panthers, the Bruins suffered a harsh defeat with a final score of 6-1. Jeremy Swayman, who has assumed the role of the team’s primary goaltender this postseason, was substituted after Florida gained a commanding 4-1 lead early in the third period.

This loss marks a departure from Swayman’s stellar performance in previous playoff outings, where he had only conceded one or two goals in his first seven starts. Allowing four goals on 23 shots in this game was a notable regression for the 25-year-old goal tender

However, Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery offered a contrasting perspective, lauding Swayman’s performance in the net despite the disappointing outcome. Montgomery attributed the team’s struggles more to collective shortcomings rather than solely placing blame on Swayman’s shoulders.
