Former Boston Celtics Legend Kevin Garnett Made A Post About Jaylen Brown That Went Viral on……

On Thursday evening, the Boston Celtics secured a decisive 126-110 victory over the Indiana Pacers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Jaylen Brown, the Celtics’ All-Star forward, delivered an outstanding performance. The former Cal star racked up 40 points, five rebounds, two assists, and one steal, shooting 14/27 from the field and 4/10 from three-point range in 37 minutes.

After the game, Celtics legend and Basketball Hall of Famer Kevin Garnett praised Brown in a post on X, which quickly garnered over 6,000 likes and 140,000 impressions within 24 hours. Brown’s stellar game followed a strong regular season where he averaged 23.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 1.2 steals per game, with shooting percentages of 49.9% from the field and 35.4% from beyond the arc over 70 games.

The Celtics, currently the top seed in the Eastern Conference, advanced to the Conference Finals after defeating the Miami Heat and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the earlier rounds. They now hold a 2-0 lead over the Pacers, with Game 3 set for Saturday evening in Indiana. This marks the third consecutive year the Celtics have reached the Conference Finals, although they have not won a championship since 2008, when Garnett was part of the team.

The winner of the Celtics-Pacers series will move on to the NBA Finals to compete against either the Dallas Mavericks or the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Mavericks lead their series 1-0, with Game 2 scheduled for Friday evening at the Target Center in Minnesota.
