REVIEW: Kyle Busch Talladega woes don’t tell the whole about, despite the recent struggles, Kevin Harvick has involved in…..

Kyle Busch’s recent misfortunes at Talladega may have drawn attention to his struggles, but according to Kevin Harvick, they only show part of the picture. While it’s easy for critics to point to Busch’s current 17th-place standing in the points and dismiss the season as a disappointment, Harvick sees deeper potential within the team—and he isn’t holding back on defending it.

Speaking candidly about Busch’s 2025 campaign so far, Harvick acknowledged the setbacks but stressed that there’s more beneath the surface. “They’ve had moments of brilliance,” Harvick noted, pointing to several races where Busch showed impressive pace and competitive fire, even if the final results didn’t always reflect it. From poor pit strategy to untimely cautions, the team has faced obstacles that have repeatedly disrupted their momentum. But Harvick believes those flashes of competitiveness prove this isn’t a team to count out just yet.

The former champion went on to explain that Busch’s raw speed and racing instincts remain intact—it’s the execution and luck that haven’t clicked. At Talladega, for instance, Busch’s car had the potential to finish near the front, but circumstances beyond his control led to a disappointing result. Still, Harvick argued that such moments shouldn’t overshadow the team’s potential to bounce back.

In Harvick’s view, it’s only a matter of time before things fall into place. With a few adjustments and cleaner races, Busch and his team could make a run for the playoffs. The narrative of struggle may be loud now, but according to Harvick, the story isn’t finished—and the next chapter could still surprise everyone.
