After a few weeks of adjusting, Indiana Fever stars Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston have emerged as one of the most formidable duos in the WNBA. Both players, along with teammate Kelsey Mitchell, earned spots in the 2024 WNBA All-Star game, contributing to a 117-109 victory over Team USA.
As the WNBA takes a break for the 2024 Paris Olympics, Boston commented on Clark’s recent All-Star social media post with a bold prediction, writing, “Many more all stars coming your way sista,” accompanied by two starry-eyed emojis. Clark and Boston were first overall picks in consecutive WNBA drafts, with Boston being selected in 2023 and Clark in 2024. This year’s All-Star game was Clark’s debut, while Boston made her second appearance.
During the game, Clark set a new record for most assists by a rookie in an All-Star game with 10, highlighting her playmaking abilities. Boston contributed with four points, two rebounds, and one assist. The Fever, led by this dynamic duo, will next face Brittney Griner and the Phoenix Mercury on Friday, August 16.
