Breaking News: The Green Bay Packers’ stadium was reduced to ashes just a few minutes ago due to a fire.

The Green Bay Packers recently purchased and demolished two houses on Stadium Drive in Ashwaubenon: 935 Stadium Drive in January and 927 Stadium Drive in May, each costing $600,000. Crews are currently leveling the sites this week.

These acquisitions are part of the Packers’ strategy to expand their holdings around Lambeau Field. They now own four parcels at the west end of Stadium Drive and June Lane, used primarily for gameday parking (Lots 9 and 10).

In the current year alone, the Packers spent $7.25 million on five parcels, three commercial and two residential. Over 17 years, they’ve spent $75 million acquiring nearly 90 acres in Ashwaubenon, including the Titletown district. Property values near Lambeau have risen due to Packers’ purchases and fans/investors buying party houses. About a dozen non-Packers properties list for $500,000 to $1 million nearby; prices drop further out.

The Packers haven’t detailed plans for the land but cite flexibility for future use. The lots could support operations during the 2025 NFL draft, set for April 24-26 in Green Bay.
