TragicNews: F**k That” Kevin Magnussen Turns Rebellious to Ignore Team Orders due to….

Kevin Magnussen has largely supported Nico Hulkenberg this season, aiding Haas in securing valuable points. However, during the Austrian Grand Prix, Magnussen defied team orders while battling Hulkenberg. After his first pit stop for hard tires, Magnussen was close to his teammate, with both aiming for track position in a tight points battle. Magnussen’s engineer instructed him not to attack Hulkenberg to manage tire wear. Magnussen questioned if Hulkenberg received the same directive and, when told both had to manage tires, he retorted with frustration.

Hulkenberg, on fresher tires, did not receive the same order, while Magnussen, eager to advance, had warmed-up tires and sought to gain championship points. Magnussen felt justified in his frustration, having often prioritized the team’s interests. Earlier in Saudi Arabia, he incurred multiple penalties to aid Hulkenberg’s P10 finish. Similarly, in Miami, he drove aggressively against Lewis Hamilton, earning penalties and risking a race ban due to accumulated penalty points. Despite a major crash in Monaco, the stewards have allowed him to continue racing.
