He stated, “I think just having consistency and seeing if we can put the team further up in the points… [has] got to be the target. Let’s just try and have more consistent weekends like this, and then we’ll see.”
Hamilton also mentioned the 2024 Canadian Grand Prix as an example of a near-win for his teammate George Russell, while subtly noting that he might have had a chance at victory himself if he had qualified better. His comments highlight both his commitment to the team and his personal drive to achieve another win before transitioning to Ferrari.
