Kidd is in his third season as head coach of the Mavericks, with the team achieving over 50 wins in two of those seasons (52 wins in 2021-22 and 50 wins in 2023-24) and winning the Southwest Division title this year. Under his leadership, Dallas has won a playoff series in two of his three seasons, reaching the Western Conference Finals in 2022.
