NFL report states that  former Green Bay Packer player Aaron Rodgers has postponed.

Aaron Rodgers and State Farm Insurance have reportedly concluded their long-standing endorsement partnership, one of the NFL’s most recognized. According to Sportico’s Kurt Badenhausen, their 12-year collaboration ended during last season’s playoffs, with Rodgers’ final commercial airing in January.

“We wish Aaron the best in his future endeavors,” a State Farm spokesperson confirmed in an email, marking the end of their marketing agreement.

Rodgers began his commercials for State Farm in 2011, the same year he secured his Super Bowl victory with the Green Bay Packers. The “Discount Double Check” campaign, inspired by Rodgers’ championship belt celebration, quickly became popular within NFL culture. According to Sportico, Rodgers’ endorsement deal with State Farm was one of the league’s most lucrative, valued at around $3 million annually.

Since his commercial debut, Rodgers’ public image has evolved significantly. Controversies began to surround him a few years ago, notably when he misrepresented his COVID-19 immunization status and criticized the “woke mob” for the backlash. This led a Wisconsin-based healthcare sponsor to cut ties, although State Farm continued their partnership while clarifying that they did not endorse all of Rodgers’ statements.

“Aaron Rodgers has been a great ambassador for our company for much of the past decade,” State Farm stated. “We don’t support some of the statements that he has made, but we respect his right to have his own personal point of view. Our mission at State Farm is to support safer, stronger communities. To that end, we encourage vaccinations but respect everyone’s right to make a choice based on their personal circumstances.”

Rodgers’ public persona remained dynamic, with headlines about his ayahuasca use, darkness retreats, and disagreements with the Packers, often discussed on “The Pat McAfee Show.”

Now, State Farm has shifted its focus to Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes as their main NFL spokesperson. Meanwhile, Rodgers is gearing up for his first season with the New York Jets following a significant trade, marking a new chapter in his career both on and off the field.
