On Tuesday night, three-star offensive guard Antoni Kade Ogumoro committed to Tennessee football, following the completion of his official visit circuit.

Ogumoro chose Tennessee and head coach Josh Heupel over several other top programs, including Kansas State, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State. In his commitment video, Ogumoro expressed excitement about his decision, stating, “This isn’t the end but a mere beginning. Thank you all and with that being said I’ll be committing to the University of Tennessee. Go Vols.”

Ogumoro, a highly regarded recruit, is ranked as the No. 494 player and the No. 30 interior offensive lineman in the 2025 recruiting cycle according to the 247sports composite rankings. Hailing from Eglin, OK, he is also ranked as the No. 9 player in Oklahoma, selecting Tennessee over in-state competitors.

Ogumoro’s commitment came after just one visit to Tennessee, where he took an official trip to Knoxville earlier in the month. He also visited the other five schools in his top group. His announcement followed shortly after his final visit, which was to Missouri. Standing at 6-foot-5 and weighing 290 pounds, Ogumoro adds significant strength to a Tennessee recruiting class that previously lacked it. He is the Vols’ first offensive line commit for the 2025 cycle, joining four-star defensive lineman Ethan Utley from Nashville.

Despite the challenges of playing on the offensive line in the SEC as a freshman, Ogumoro’s commitment is timely. Tennessee will lose several interior offensive linemen after the 2024 season, including Cooper Mays, Javontez Spraggins, and Jackson Lampley.

Ogumoro’s commitment brings Tennessee’s 2025 recruiting class to a total of 10 players, elevating it to the No. 13 class nationally and the No. 8 class in the SEC according to the 247sports composite rankings.
