Wisconsin Badgers – Alabama Crimson Tide 2024 Gametime Announced
The Wisconsin Badgers will face the Alabama Crimson Tide this season at home on Saturday, September 14. It will be a huge game early on in the season for Wisconsin against Alabama. It is very possible that the Badgers are not ranked entering this matchup and the Crimson Tide will be.
Head coach Luke Fickell will be entering his second season with the Badgers football program. As for Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer, he will be entering his first season with the Crimson Tide program after leading the Washington Huskies to a National Championship game appearance a season ago before losing to the Michigan Wolverines. He will take over for retired head coach Nick Saban.
It was announced on Monday what time the Badgers and the Crimson Tide will play each other on that day. The game will kick off at 11 a.m. CT on FOX. These are the kind of morning games that college football fans live for. It would be a huge win for the Badgers if they were able to pull off the upset against the Crimson Tide.
Alabama on paper might be able to beat Wisconsin easily, but you never know what that day is going to bring. The Alabama Crimson Tide has way better athletes on the roster than the Wisconsin Badgers do. It will be the third game of the season on the schedule for Wisconsin. They will face Western Michigan and South Dakota before the Badgers will play the Crimson Tide.
Some are thrilled that the game will start early and some are not thrilled it is going to be happening early. Here is what some of the Badgers fans had to say about the early start for the third week of the college football season with the game televised on FOX:
It will be interesting to see what the ratings for this game will get. It will probably get very good ratings because of the Crimson Tide audience. In Week 2, that game will probably have warm weather in Badgers land.
